A new luxury apartment complex arrives in the Las Vegas Valley.

The new development is called the “Highway”.

A ground-breaking event took place Sunday for The Gramercy’s future complex, near Russell Street and 215 Ring Road.

The project will include 294 family and pet-friendly apartments, 71 townhouses for sale, and 25,000 square feet of retail space.

Real estate companies Lyon Living and Landspire Group are collaborating on the construction of the complex.

The expressway is expected to be completed in the winter of 2023.
