This Saturday is ‘Small Business Saturday,’ and the City of Las Vegas hopes to encourage locals to support locally-owned businesses by making it easier to shop downtown.
To that point, the city has announced that on-street meter parking in downtown Las Vegas on Saturday, Nov. 28.
“While things look different this holiday shopping season, free parking will allow customers to support local stores and restaurants, whether it’s dining in, shopping in-store, or picking-up orders curbside,” the announcement said.
The Fremont East District, which usually charges for parking via parking meters, will be free. The Arts District is always free and will remain so.
